Our rental terms and your responsibilities as a renter.

By renting watercraft from Luxuria Water Rentals, you acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined below. Please read carefully.
By renting from Luxuria Water Rentals ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Renter") acknowledge you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and our Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver.
Renter must be at least 18 years old with valid government-issued identification
Renter agrees to sign and abide by our Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver
No refunds policy.
All rentals are final. No refunds provided for any reason.
All rental fees must be paid in full at time of reservation
No refunds for cancellations, early returns, weather, or mechanical issues
Chargebacks will be disputed and resulting fees billed to renter
$1,000 per watercraft.
Required deposit covers damage or loss. You are responsible for all costs exceeding the deposit.
The security deposit will be used to cover damage or loss to equipment. Renters remain responsible for all costs exceeding the deposit amount.
You assume all risks.
By renting, you assume all risks and liabilities associated with watercraft operation.
Renter assumes all risks and liabilities associated with operating the watercraft
We are not responsible for personal injury, death, or property damage during rental
Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Luxuria Water Rentals from any claims or losses
Operate watercraft safely, lawfully, and responsibly
Do not operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Only authorized individuals who signed agreement may operate
Immediately notify us of any mechanical issues or necessary repairs
Repair costs due to misuse, neglect, or improper operation are charged to renter
Late return fee: $150/hour.
Returns must be on time to avoid additional charges.
Return watercraft by agreed-upon date and time
Late returns incur $150/hour charges
Return with fuel tank at level provided or pay refueling fee
Automated payouts only.
All commissions paid exclusively through automated Stripe. No manual payment methods available.
Earn 10% commission on qualifying bookings through your referral code
Must connect valid Stripe account to receive payments
Commissions require approval before payout
We may withhold commissions for fraudulent activity or chargebacks
Self-referrals or using your own code for personal bookings
Fraudulent bookings or manipulation of affiliate system
Misleading or deceptive advertising
Spamming or unsolicited advertising
We may terminate accounts at any time for violations
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees
All branding and trademarks remain our exclusive property
Must comply with all data protection and privacy laws
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Ontario jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued rentals after changes constitute acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms, along with our Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver, constitute the complete agreement between Luxuria Water Rentals and the Renter.
